Thai tuna

So I finally figured out a panang curry dish that I like. I have always loved Thai food but haven’t been that great at executing. But this one is easy. Just some essentials needed like coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Then I just sauted the veggies n chicken n added my prepared sauce. Sushi was too easy! Unfortunately I suck at sushi rice. So I cheated n used a frozen sticky rice and used some fresh tuna from my new fav store earthfare. I made a sauce to dip it in. Used soy, Ginger, wasabi, honey, and siracha. Jumpin!
